Shipping costs are €7.99. Orders over €99 qualify for free shipping.

Delivery time

We aim to ship your order within 7 working days. You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order has been shipped.

Return

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason.

Please note that returned items are your own responsibility. We recommend returning items insured. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of our e-books.

Return costs

The costs of returning the item are at the customer's expense, unless the item is defective or was not delivered in accordance with the description.

How to return?

To return the item, send an email to info@youruniqueness.nl.

Important:

Ensure that the items are returned in their original condition and packaging. Keep the track & trace code and/or proof of shipment until you have received the refund.

Refund

Upon receipt of the return and provided the item is received in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the same payment method you used.
