How long we keep personal data
Your Uniqueness will not retain your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. Personal data provided when requesting a quote will be deleted as soon as the customer declines the quote. Personal data of customers who agree to the request will be retained for personal contact during the use of our services. If customers have not had contact with Your Uniqueness for more than two years, this personal data will be deleted (except for data required for tax purposes).
Sharing personal data with third parties
Your Uniqueness does not sell your information to third parties and only provides it if necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We have data processing agreements in place with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Your Uniqueness remains responsible for these processing operations.

View, change or delete data
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Your Uniqueness, and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organization named by you. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, or transfer of your personal data, or a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data, to info@youruniqueness.nl. To verify that the request for access has been made by you, we ask that you include a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, please redact your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks. Your Uniqueness would also like to inform you that you have the right to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
